2. Function Introduction (double-chamber or three-chamber test)
This air braking test bench is used mainly for testing performance of air compressor, master valve, air chamber, quick release valve and four-circuit valve in brake system of high, medium and low models automobiles at home and abroad and carrying out double-chamber or three-chamber test of master valve.
Test Items:
air compressor: The time required by air compressor to reach specified pressure value when air compressor runs at rated RPM.
Master valve: the required time of inflating air from main tank into air chamber through master valve (the time through air);
Air chamber: after air is inflated from main tank into air chamber to reach set pressure value, hold the pressure.
Quick release valve: after air is inflated from main tank into sub-tank through quick release valve to reach set pressure value, hold the pressure.
Four-circuit valve: the same with test of quick release valve.
